Where do you keep your medication, pills, and prescriptions?
Do you keep them in the bathroom medicine cabinet?
The bathroom is the one place in your house were guests, friends of friends, your kid's friends, and even strangers, can lock the door and be alone. They can take their time looking through the medicine cabinet if they want. They can take a couple of pills if they want.
Easy access. Too easy.
Please keep medications, pills, and prescriptions up high out of sight in a common area like the kitchen, so they aren't easily accessed.
Check out this locally filmed and produced 3 minute music video - Whenever you see someone that thinks addicts should die, and/or that addicts shouldn't get Narcan, please refer them to this 3 minute music video. Too many people think addicts use drugs to make life like one big party - they don't know that the party was over long time ago by the time addiction sets in - they don't know the horrors of addiction. Maybe this video will help them better understand. (Words, music, and video production by Tom Kennedy.)
